Physical items include Limited Edition packaging, Devil’s Brigade Embroidered Patch, Double Sided Map and a Collector’s Book. It also includes the Pioneer title and profile border, both Legendary items. The Devil’s Brigade DLC Pack comes with some Legendary cosmetics to change the look of US units in the game. The physical version of Company of Heroes 3 Console Edition includes some extras. The authored narrative that’s portrayed through cutscenes is solid to get the idea of the perspective of war. This focuses on the Axis-side of the war with two different factions: Deutsches Afrika Korps and the Wehrmacht. These are desert environments that will benefit more vehicles as opposed to infantry. The story being in early 1942 as players will participate in historical battle moments that includes Aldabiya, Gazala and Tobruk. The North African Operation is a traditional-style campaign with linear missions, but Relic has included a narrative with this campaign. The game focuses on two areas of battle during World War II: Italy and North Africa. There aren’t many (if any) real-time strategy games that offer two separate campaigns in the way that Relic has introduced with Company of Heroes 3. This can be used to realign strategies, issue new orders and watch the action play out on the battlefield. Full Tactical Pause in the single player modes allow players to stop the action if they get overwhelmed. This allows players to quickly issue commands to soldiers and allow quick maneuvers and strategies. The game is built for gamepads with the Command Wheel. Relic Entertainment has worked with community content creator MoiDawg to get console players combat-ready with basic training videos. Company of Heroes 3 offers dual campaigns that offer two completely different experiences. The game is available on the PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store, or physically from Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target and Gamestop. SEGA of Europe and Relic Entertainment have brought the World War II real-time strategy game to current generation consoles with the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series receiving a game that was tailored for control use. Company of Heroes 3 was released for PC a few months ago and today, the series sees its first release on consoles.
